Celeste has vast reserves of nutritional knowledge based on her own diet and food preparation experience and practices, and her wide scope of research into all approaches to it.
Celeste works with someone by starting with the person’s own observations of their habits and eating patterns, and makes easy-to-follow incremental suggestions to help the person improve their diet. She provides help with recipes, grocery shopping lists, and advice on dining out.
Primarily she analyzes the person’s diet for adequate proportions of macro nutrients, vitamins and micro nutrients (i.e. trace minerals), and makes suggestions for the most important changes the person could benefit from.
