Rocky: It had a similar effect to what meditating does, and this might be a marketing angle, there are a lot of people who used to meditate, and who want to meditate but can’t quite get themselves to do it, for various reasons. It could help them reconnect to the meditative state, or experience the benefits without having to ante up their will power.
Karen: Your session had a good effect! Not bells and whistles, but for a moment I felt my brain “line up”! … just for a moment, but long enough to experience it. It wasn’t a right or left thing but an “I” thing! Something to strive for. THANKS!
[Karen has long experience working towards developing an “I”, in the Gurdjieffian fashion. And she is also quite familiar with balancing the right and left sides and efforting to stay centered.]
Judy: I felt more relaxed and enjoyed the visuals. The time went by too quickly, so next time I’ll try a longer session. The relaxation seemed to increase well beyond the session and I felt at peace.
T.H.: I definitely felt calmer and sweeter after the session. That night, I slept well, and had calm dreams with interesting mandala visuals, and it felt like it must have been connected to the session that day. I think I would benefit from a series of sessions to help calm down after a bit of a tense year.
Melissa: (After her second session): I felt relaxed and less obsessive but it wasn’t as profound as the first session. I came in to the second session more disturbed than I was the first time. It lasted a day or so. Thanks for what you are doing.
